This event brings educators, superintendents, school board members, students, parents, education professionals, and corporate and individual supporters together in celebration of the education of children in the Midwest Region. Please mark your calendars and join OABSE and other regional affiliates April 25-27, 2024, as we reclaim and take ownership of the educational affairs of our communities and students by "Leveling Up and Leading the Way through Leadership, Literacy & Learning Acceleration!"  

 

The 10th Annual Conference and Recognition Banquet provides the opportunity for educators and other stakeholders to attend professional development workshops; bestow honor, recognition, and appreciation for the outstanding contributions that Midwest Region school district principals and administrators make while working with African-American students; and additionally, recognize African-American students who achieve high academic standards and demonstrate upright character traits.
