WELCOME TO THE OHIO ALLIANCE OF BLACK SCHOOL EDUCATORS
As the Ohio Alliance for Black School Educators (OABSE), we aim to move from thinking about the greatest problems affecting education for all children to understanding and solving them. Tomorrow’s challenges demand innovative and unconventional approaches that cross or dissolve the boundaries to achieve equity for disadvantaged black children.
The collaborative work and supportive efforts of OABSE members give our students a transformative experience within the schools they serve by helping them develop career-ready skills, as well as a sense of social responsibility and a commitment to serve others.
We invite you to take some time to visit our website and learn more about the latest initiatives, the expertise of the members, and upcoming events. Even better, we encourage you to attend an affiliate event in person, to meet other like-minded educators and be inspired by the innovation, ambition, and creativity you will find.
